ISC considers the safety and welfare of our sangha and guests to be of paramount importance. During the Covid Pandemic we developed certain protocols to help reduce risks from airborne respiratory illnesses. During sits, the windows will be open and air purifiers and overhead fans will be in operation, so please be prepared for chilly temperatures. N95/KN95 masks are available in the foyer.
If you have symptoms of an upper respiratory infection (COVID, a cold, or something else) or if you are running a fever, please stay home and join us via Zoom.
Wi-Fi available
The Wi-Fi network name is ISC_Guest. The network is open (no password).
Community Room and Neighbors
During the COVID closure, we welcomed The Wisdom Center as sublessee and neighbor. When the sign at the door of the community room indicates “Session In Progress”, please do not enter and make a special effort to maintain silence in the hall, bathrooms and kitchen so as not to disturb their events.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is open during events. Please maintain silence in the kitchen.
Library
Books are available to be checked out from the ISC library while events are in progress with one exception. If there is a program being held in the Community Room by our Wisdom Center neighbors, we respectfully request you come back another time.
How to find onsite events?
The ISC website calendar has a way to filter what is listed. For example, calendars can be filtered to show a single teacher’s events or ‘In-Center’ events. You can also see an In-Center Events Calendar under the Programs menu choice to see all events currently scheduled onsite.
