There are two ways to fill out and submit a volunteer agreement.
First method:
Please click the Download button to receive a PDF you can digitally sign. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required and available here. Note you do not need any ‘Optional offers’ or a Pro edition. If you are new to digital signing, then select ‘Create a new Digital ID’ when you are in ‘Configure a Digital ID for signing’.
Volunteer Agreement – Digitally Sign, email
Make certain Adobe Acrobat is installed. After downloading the agreement, please start Acrobat Reader and open the PDF, fill out the form, and after all the fields are filled in digitally sign (create a new digital ID if necessary), save the PDF, and click submit or email the file as an attachment here.
Second method:
An alternative form meant to be printed is available here. Save the PDF, open the document, fill out the form, print, and sign. Finally, either mail the form to ISC in the care of the Treasurer or scan the filled-out form and return it as an attachment here.
