Unhindered: Inclining our minds towards Awakening

This half-day program will focus on the 4th Foundation of Mindfulness — Mindfulness of Mind Objects. We will explore options for how to incline our minds towards awakening as we nourish The Seven Factors of Awakening: Mindfulness, Investigation, Energy, Rapture, Joy, Tranquility, Concentration, and Equanimity.

We will practice to support the development of these factors as we consider how the hindrances can take over when we are not present or mindful. This will be a hybrid event (both in-person and online) with sitting meditation, discussion, and teachings to deepen our understanding and experience of the 4th Foundation of Mindfulness.

Registration is preferred. To register please email [email protected]. Please indicate in the email whether you wish to attend in person or on-line.

Please return to the calendar to join an online session or learn of any schedule updates.
