The Three Roots of Well-Being – Wednesdays
To cultivate a happy life, we need to help the seeds of our good intentions take root. This three-part series explores the Buddha’s teachings about three roots of well-being (kusala mūla). These fundamental inclinations of non-greed, non-hatred, and non-delusion include many beautiful qualities of heart and mind, including generosity, contentment, gratitude, non-harming, kindness, wisdom, and more.
Each week, we will explore one of these three foundational conditions through lightly guided meditation, a Dharma talk, and group discussion.
Please return to the calendar to join an online session or learn of any schedule updates.
