The House of Liberation: A Rainbow Sangha Daylong – Onsite
Awakening through the Four Divine Abodes: resourcing ourselves through love and community. In this daylong we will explore the four Brahmaviharas through the lens of how we as queer folks navigate the difficulties of our inner and outer worlds. By deepening our connection to the qualities of lovingkindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, we can grow our heart’s capacity to meet the challenges of these times with greater access to love. We will balance time for guided meditation with community discussion, mindful movement, and a lunch break. Please bring a journal and pen, water bottle, lunch (and perhaps a snack to share), and a willing heart. Participants are encouraged to stay for the whole program, but we understand that life happens!
