Sitting with Grief – Last Tuesday of the Month

Grief is a universal experience, part of our shared humanity, yet for each of us, it is deeply personal. This monthly online drop-in group is for anyone experiencing a loss of any kind, such as the loss of a loved one or a relationship change, the loss of a job or an opportunity, or loss due to changing life circumstances. Together we will create a safe space to practice and to listen to each other’s hearts with kind attention. We will explore how the Dhamma and our being together as Sangha, can support us as we navigate the terrain of grief with compassion and understanding. Grief has no timeline, so whether the loss occurred more recently or in the distant past, or you are experiencing secondary losses that can accompany grief, you are welcome

Please return to the calendar to join an online session or learn of any schedule updates.
