Peer Led : Men’s Dharma Group – 3rd Monday

ISC Dharma Men’s Group is a space where people pursuing mindfulness can discuss with caring others the bumps and beauties encountered on the path of their own practices. We often use short readings chosen by members as discussion starters and as a way to safely share some of the more moving or bewildering features of our inner and outer lives as we come together to better understand the unique and sometimes challenging experience of being men. Open to those identifying as or exploring identities as men. Using the lens of Dharma, we practice meeting our experiences with kind awareness, allowing us to come into a healthier relationship with our maleness, and touching into greater freedom and love for ourselves and for all others. Meetings include both meditation and a dharma talk/discussion. Come check us out!
