New To Practice, 7 Factors of Awaking – Wednesdays to February 24
To begin the new year, Jan and Carol offer the 7 Factors of Awakening Wednesdays to February 24. The 7 Factors are so valued in Buddhism that they are known as “inner wealth”. They are mindfulness, investigation, energy, joy, tranquility, concentration, and equanimity. These are all qualities we already have and with awareness, we can develop them further. Practicing with them in meditation and then noticing when they show up in our daily lives, can lead to greater wakefulness, clearer seeing, and less clinging. Please join us for this exploration. All are welcome.
