Dharma Friends : Living with Disability or Chronic Illness

Shakti and I would like to invite all people who want to participate who live with a chronic illness or disability. We have each lived for decades with Multiple Sclerosis and have both symptoms and coping mechanisms we have adapted from this disease. We are hoping to partake in a group where we will all share our struggles and joy with others who live with bodily challenges. We are both sit leaders at ISC and find meditation to be a wonderful healer for people who live with pain and bodily discomfort

Registration and participation in all sessions is encouraged.  Drop-ins are also welcome.  Please register by sending an email to Maria Mead at mariamead@gmail.com so that we may send you an occasional email between sessions.

We highly recommend that onsite attendees be fully vaccinated, including boosters, per CDC guidelines. The use of an N95/KN95 mask is optional at this event. ISC will provide a mask if you need one, but you can support the center by bringing your own.
