G SchulzCommunity Dharma LeaderG Schulz began practicing insight meditation in 2003 after attending his first retreat in Thailand. Looking for a spiritual home, he became involved with ISC shortly after his return to Santa Cruz. G has participated in many retreats since 2003, both at home and abroad. He has also completed a teacher training program led by Bob Stahl, the Noble Path Program led by Carla Brennan and the Spirit Rock Dedicated Practitioner Program. G is currently participating in the Spirit Rock Advanced Practitioner program.
ISC at Santa Cruz Pride Parade
Please come out and join us for Santa Cruz Pride on Sunday, June 4, in downtown Santa Cruz. ISC will have our very own contingent in the parade and will be walking up Pacific Avenue as in past years with the other Faith groups. If you would like to join the ISC contingent in the parade, look for us near the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Cathcart Street around 10:30am Sunday morning. The parade kicks off at 11am. Or feel free to jump in as we pass by. Hope to see you there!
