Gathering the Mind: The Practice of Samādhi series – Wednesdays to October 21
Buddhist teachings emphasize the importance of a gathered mind that is composed, calm, and happy. Sometimes called “concentration,” samādhi is actually a rich and vibrant mode of practice that greatly enhances our ability to see clearly. In this 3-session class, we will learn about the factors that support gathering the mind, and we’ll also practice calm abiding through guided meditation and at home between sessions.
