Dharmallenials: 20-30 year-olds – 2nd and 4th Wednesdays
This group is a gathering of folks in their 20s and 30s with an interest in meditation and mindfulness. Dhamma teachings and discussion topics will be those relevant to most young adults, including navigating career/livelihood and finding our way in dating and intimate relationships. By engaging together in small and large groups, we’ll have a chance to get to know each other and to learn from each other. Guided meditation will be offered, as well as the opportunity to ask questions about mindfulness practice.
