45-Minute Sitting Followed by a Short Reading – Mondays

Practicing daily with others provides an easy opportunity to deepen your meditation commitment. No need to sign up ahead. Your commitment is to yourself. Your presence strengthens all. For many, the Sangha at noon provides the opportunity for more consistent practice, in the meditation hall or online.

Dedicated and trained volunteers provide space with welcoming gentle five-minute meditation guidance, followed by 40 minutes of silent meditation and an inspirational reading or poem.

Onsite Attendance Instructions:

N95 or KN95 Masks are Required

We highly recommend that onsite attendees be fully vaccinated, including boosters, per CDC guidelines. Attendees are required to wear N95 or KN95 masks that fit well and cover the nose and mouth. ISC will provide a mask if you need one, but you can support the center by bringing your own.
