Wednesdays May 3 – 24 : New To Practice – Finding The Missing Peace

Rest is the peace one can feel when the body is relaxed and mind is at ease.  It is the crucial ingredient that both underlies concentration and  promotes mindful awareness.

Join us for 4 weeks of guided practice in sitting, walking, standing and lying postures, Q and A, group discussion in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
