We identify ourselves as owners of our bodies and owners of our feelings. The Buddha tells us that this very identification is a major source of dukkha (stress, discomfort, suffering). How do we loosen this strongly held attachment and find a sense of ease?
In this 6 week series, we will offer tools to examine purely physical sensations and those which are emotionally charged. We will also explore physical rest/relaxation, and flow (the changing/dynamic nature of sensation).
New to Practice – All levels of experience welcome. Techniques based on work of Shinzen Young.
